Hi evryone!

On my other comp in my network, i Have "No or Limited Connectivity" to my LAN.

Both comps on my network have ethernet cable directly connected to router, which is connected to my cable modem.

I can access the internet on this one, but now my other comp can't share files and such or access internet.

How might I fix this?

Thanks in Advance!

Im not a network expert but i would try going into start/control panel/network connections on the other computer right click on your LAN connection and choose repair. Post what happens.

Thanks for reply xpert.

I ave tried this a few times now. It says an error occurs because it can't get my IP adress.

And yes, I have tried using CMD and Command Prompt with ipconfig and ipconfig /release and /renew. It will release, but it will not renew.

This is really annoying me, so I hope someone knows how to fix it. Have wasted hours googling it : (

This used to happen to me when i was playing games online and i forgot to disconnect from a server before i quit. I fixed it by just right click on the LAN icon in network connections and click disable then re-enable it.
Im sure someone whose knows about networking will come soon
