After up dating to win. 10, on Aug. 7th. now when I click on an e-mail I get this message. MSN Explorer has stopped working A problem casue the program to stop working correctly Windows will close the program and notify you if a soloution is avaible. I am yet to be notified. Thanks in advance for any help with this problem. Willie T.

If they are not messages that you "can't live without" I recommend delete before reading. Something isn't right with the message and it may be malware or a virus trying to infect you. If they are "must have" contact the sender for a new copy - maybe to a different address.

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
 
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
 
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.
