I love RKill and have run it periodically for years for peace of mind .  I got some really odd results this time with Win 10 , sfc/scannow and chkdsk say all is A OK with my files so i'm baffled about this result.

You can ask the developer (Grinler), site owner of Bleeping Computer...a question, report an issue or suggestion in this RKill - What it does and What it Doesn't - A brief introduction to the program which he monitors for issues with RKill.

Yeah , i was hoping he would see this eventually ,  i didn't want to pester him directly .  Heard a rumor that somebody asked Grinler for the time once while he was busy doing something else and that time seeker was never heard from again and authorities fear the worst so i can wait .

I was hoping someone with a less aggressive and hostile temperament would be able to help but i suppose i could wait until he feels like responding .

Thanks

Any such rumors are nonsense (unless you were joking). Grinler created this site to help folks and he started that topic to provide support for RKill when folks have questions.

Copy of the reply to this question from Grinler, posted in the linked topic above.

NOTE: Rkill will not list services correctly on Windows 10. I hope to get it updated this weekend to properly support it. Therefore, do not get worried by results it may show. It will still terminate processes like normal.
