Wildblue.com has changed their email  platform and their agents don't seem to know how to configure this with Windows 7, i.e. continue to use Windows 7 for incoming and outgoing emails.

Also, how does one put the new logo for Wildblue email on the desktop?  It takes several steps now to get to the email.

Thank you.

Mary Dawson

G'day maryedawson, and Welcome to BC

I attempted connection to wildblue.com   and got this response....Server not found ....Firefox can't find the server at www.wildblue.com.    folowed by the same response for  www.wildblue.net. and portal.wildblue.net.

This would tell that either they are offline with a problem (which happens to the biggest and best from time to time)...or, they have gone belly up and are no longer in business.

How sure are you that they still exist ?

personally, i would abandon ship.

Their site still cannot be reached

I am quite sure this will present other problems as well for you, especially if the emails you read are kept on their server and not on your pc....and the usual stress that goes with changing email provider/address...
