Is there going to be a full-length article for each update MS releases for Windows 10? Lol... At least MS is releasing bugfixes.

At the moment, the initial dramas and problems surrounding the release of Windows 10 certainly will warrant a full length article.....and a full length appraisal by the studied folk here at BC.

For now, I guess. But probably not during the whole lifespan of Windows 10.

Since updates are mandatory and borking machines, it makes sense that there will be many articles on them.  It also makes sense that BC should have threads on them, since people will have varied experiences. Those who have problems, will need help.

It does no good to pretend there aren't problems.  If even ZDnet is publishing articles (yeah, CYA), then the issues need to be discussed.

If MSFT is truly listening to Insiders, then these discussions ought to have a lot of importance.  I'd hate to think we're just window dressing...

Cumulative updates are a good thing. It means that Microsoft is aware of the issues following the upgrade to Windows 10 and tries to fix them all as fast as possible, and without throwing 10,000 updates at the same time.

That's kind of what I was saying...

Didn't see you say that in the thread. Also concerning this:

For now, I guess. But probably not during the whole lifespan of Windows 10.

It's not new to see news article on every cumulative updates Microsoft push. When they push one, it's for a reason: a lot of users complaining about a bug, missing feature, etc. and these are worthy of attention. So it wouldn't surprise me if we keep on seeing articles everytime a cumulative update, or critical ones for that matters are released :)
