This is a scam.

Microsoft does not include phone numbers in BSOD's.

Furthermore, the BSOD is the only thing that will be able to be displayed on the page - so the things outside of the BSOD window on your system should not be visible (this means that the BSOD is actually a Window that mimics a BSOD).

Finally, the BSOD is not properly constructed.  Here are screenshots of typical BSOD's:  http://www.carrona.org.bsodimg.html

The reports that you uploaded show one BSOD from May of 2015 - there are others, but they are from 2009 to 2014 - all are likely not significant in this case.

You may be infected, or this may just be a rogue pop-up.  I'd suggest posting over in the Am I Infected forum:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/
Please read the pinned topics at the top of the forum for instructions on how to post there.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
