Alright so a few days ago my Nexus 7 was working well and I was using it to browse the web and watch TV episodes via Showbox. Now when I turn it on a get a colorful X but it won't go any further then that. The thing is that the other forums I have searched say to factory reset the device but the only issue is that I did not see this coming and somehow I may have not backed up my device. What do I do to get rid of that X without erasing any of my Nexus 7 data? Please post here.
