I'd start by wondering if this is a malware infection - but then I saw the power error in one of the older BSOD's.

I'd first suggest starting with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Please be sure to run the hard drive diagnostics and the power supply diagnostic (it's in the 2nd video test section - it's this link:  http://www.ocbase.com/perestroika_en/index.php?Download )

Otherwise the system looks very stable and well setup.

I'll burn those programs and run the other when I get a chance. Hopefully I won't be too long, very busy at the moment though. Will post back within the week I hope. I sure hope it isn't malware. Did a clean install like 2 weeks ago. Ran a scan with Malwarebytes and Windows defender and am clean.

Remember that the UEFI boot process isn't all that user friendly and it may be difficult to boot from the disks that I have suggested making (it involves changing some settings in the UEFI related to SecureBoot and CSM/Legacy support).

If you can't do this, I can suggest alternate tests that can be run within Windows.

For the hard drive, use the Seagate Seatools for Windows

For the memory, use Prime95 with the Blend Test (it's the default and is listed at that page).  While not the same as MemTest, it's still fairly effective and often will find problems with RAM (if they exist).

Good luck!

PS - I get an email when you respond, so there's no rush to complete the tests (on my end).
