Hello Fish66,

Technically this is a malware removal forum and not a forum for FRST issues.

FRST is compatible with Windows 10.

BTW: This is not a good script:

CloseProcesses:
CreateRestorePoint:

FRST kills all unneeded processes except the vital MS processes.

This is a better script:

CreateRestorePoint:

CloseProcesses:

Did you ask the user how they run FRST64? They should double-click on the FRST64 that is located on the Desktop.

In any case the error is not related to FRST.

Thank you for your reply!  :-)

BTW: This is not a good script:

usually I use the two commands in this order without problems  :scratchhead:  , sure I change my fixlog to know if we have the same problem.
