windows 7 will not start

Ok here is he deal pretty sure I got a virus windows will not start I try to fix windows through the system no DICE put the disk in no DICE.  If any knows of a good boot program that wipes and formats from start up that would be GREAT to hear about it thanks

If that is a ligit OS disk it should clean things up as part of loading the OS.

when put the disk in it ask me to install windows that's fine but when it ask to part it its says it windows cant format this HHD something about how it was formatted or some lock on HHD....

yeah I was doing some research and called a few friends found out there is a virus that attacks the OP system and attacks the pre stored data on HD so you cant restore it :-(
