Hello,

I have 4 PCs; I was able to upgrade 3, but the fourth one the desktop I couldn't upgrade it.
I followed all the workarounds and solution were offered I downloaded the Windows Creation Tool
and still cannot update.

If I upgrade through Windows Update then it stops at ( Check your PC before upgrading )
and if I run it through the Windows tool it doesn't run at all !!

What should I do?

In the 4pc are you getting Windows 10 app, a small Windows icon in your system tray or not. because this gives you the opportunity to get a free copy of Windows 10.

Code 0xC1900208 – 0x4000C

This error might mean that an incompatible app installed on your PC is blocking the upgrade process from completing. Check to make sure that any incompatible apps are uninstalled and then try upgrading again.

on the Get Windows App. Try to view the compatibility report in the app and remove the incompatible programs

Windows Media Player is incompatible with Windows 10

It can be replaced with any of a dozen or more players which are free, and work much better than WMP imo

The included "film and tv" app in win 10 is a spectacular waste of space...imo

“It says that windows media center will be uninstalled during the upgrade.” This is normal

“Not media player but Windows media center and I cannot get ride of it”

--- You cannot get rid of it, it’s part of the system

I do not know whether this will help but consider it

If the Windows 10 Reserve isn’t in yet, check out. It has to be reserved before proceeding furthur.

--- This includes a compatibility report

How to Reserve Free Upgrade to Windows 10 using 'Get Windows 10' app in Windows 7 and 8.1

http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/6607-reserve-free-upgrade-get-windows-10-windows-7-8-1-a.html

EDIT:

Once you’ve reserved, watch for your upgrade notification. You’ll receive your notification to upgrade once we can confirm your device is ready to upgrade. We look at the specific compatibility for your device and overall demand for Windows 10 when deciding if a device is ready to upgrade.

--- Before we notify you, we’ll download the installation files needed in the background. Then, you will receive a notification on your desktop letting you know that you can upgrade right away or schedule a time that works best for you.

--- When the download is complete, you’ll get a notification on your desktop. At that point, you can choose to upgrade right away or at a time that’s good for you.
