I have googled, and tried to fix this issue since 3 days, about 5 hours per day, i have tried seemingly everything and nothing worked. Heres the story, please help me.

I own this PC since about 2 years never had problems. Then I reinstalled windows and made a fresh clean install. Its windows 7 64 bit btw

Since then i have been very weird cpu useage, often it stays at 100% sometimes it sways from 10%-98% all the time, usually though in the higher numbers above 50%, I do not have a virus, i do not have any process that actually uses this much of the cpu. Its just there without a reason. I have also cleaned all the dust inside my PC but that didnt change anything either. Yesterday I had some windows updates installed and for this ONE TIME, it all worked fine, but then today after starting it i had 100% all the time again. Which is really infuriating since i thought the windows updates fixed it. I even was able to play GUild Wars 2, when earlier my pc turned itself off every few minutes or half hour or so. (cause it got too hot i guess)

So what else could the cause of this problem be? Since CPU's dont have drivers i guess it cant be that right? Is there something basic i forgot to install or something.. i dont even know anymore, i really think i tried everything which is why im making a post myself and not googling until i find someone with the same problem, which also seemed impossible, cause the cause for their high usage was always easy to find..

CPU's do have drivers - but most often they're included in Windows (and you get updates from Windows Updates).

Let's try looking at these reports:

1)  Please provide this information (even though you may not be reporting BSOD's) so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

2)  Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2028504
