Every time now when I try to search something using that little bar in the bottom left, the loading icon shows but nothing else happens. It worked before. Now what is wrong with it?

Yes, I actually shut down Windows 10 every night and boot it up normally the next morning. :)

This problem continues to persist even after many restarts.

I had similar issue on couple of occasions.

In my case Search block was completely black so I couldn't see any results.

Not sure if this is some common 10 problem.

Try hard reset.

Turn the computer off.

Wait 1 minute.

Turn it back on.
