Hello, is there any way to load all content of a webpage without having to scroll down?

There some sites , like twitter, that to see the while content of the Web page you have to keep scrolling down to load next page until you reach the last page and the whole Web page is loaded. Is there any add on for Firefox or other way to load the whole page avoiding the scrolling down ?
