Alright so my phone just began acting weirdly and I don't want to just Factory Reset it because I don't know what will result in it.
Here are the symptoms-
1 Motlauncher won't work and just closes when I open it.
2 Many of my apps including Puffin, Chrome, Spotify, YouTube and more just randomly uninstalls and when I click on it it says "app not installed".
3 Play Store won't open.
4 I no longer receive text messages.
5 Data is full.
6 Android keyboard no longer works.
7 Contacts and Pandora crashes every time I open it.
8 I used up 6.7GB of my 6.9GB
Based on this info can someone please give me an answer and post it here. Just to let everyone know I have Verizon Wireless. HELP PLEASE!
