touchpad and keyboard not working

Hello again,

                    This morning i turned on my laptop and i couldn't get my touchpad and keyboard to work. But luckily i have a touchscreen computer.

 

 

Please help me to fix this problem

What is the make and model of this computer?

Your keyboard may be bad OR a wire isn't properly attached.

 

Worst case scenerio, you may need to purchase a new keyboard.

 

For now, you can buy an external USB keyboard and plug it in!

 

If you know how, open up your laptop/PC and make sure the keyboard wire is properly attached and not damaged.

I think the reason of how it stopped working was because I dropped it by accident when I was about to put it away. And to repair it I restarted it and kept pressing keys on my computer and suddenly the arrow was on the screen and the keyboard worked. This has also happened before but I didn't drop my computer then.
