I'm trying t help my brother out via TeamViewer, but nothing seems to be working. I know he is connected to the internet because we are sharing TeamViewer. I started off trying to upgrade his Windows 7 to Windows 10 and noticed it was really slow besides not being able to find the correct link to upgrade to 10. I did a scan of his computer (MalWare) and removed a mess, but still unable to connect with a Browser. He has Google Chrome. He did have IE there so I tried going through IE and still nothing. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!

There's no online "link" that upgrades you to Windows 10. You need to find the Windows 10 icon in the tray and upgrade from there. :)

There IS an online link...I used it 2 days ago to download the .iso, but it seems out of order today.

Personally...the idea of upgrading a system with malware...seems a bad idea to me.  I would clean install Win 10 or...initiate a topic in the Am I Infected forum to attempt to make the malware go away.
