I have windows 7 pro 12 GB RAM and several TB Hard drives.  I used to able to open and run malware. Now I am not able to open and run the program. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program but get the same message.  Unable to open malware, cancel or use windows to see if fixable.  Obviously not fixable.  I ran the mini tools and here are the results.Attached File  MTB.txt   31.2KB   4 downloads

I have removed all the other programs except for incredimail.  I got too many important stuff in there and unable to copy it to another email like thunderbird.  What makes a program adware.  Every program including some antimalware  wants me to download other stuff or browsers with it.  If I absolutely need to uninstall it, I will do so.  I was at another forum regarding malware and they only had me remove spybot and Microsoft security essentials and that got malware running again.  All these other programs which I just removed were on the the system.   Should I download and install all the recommended software or just some of them.

You can stick to my advices if you wish :)

IMPORTANT : Make sure you have backup of all IncrediMail stuff, because IncrediMail will be removed from your system considering it's PUP / Adware !

Step 1

Download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save it to your desktop.

Run tool as Administrator, accept terms of usage, and wait while database is updating.

After it's done with updating, click Scan button and wait while it's scanning.

All found items remove by clicking on Cleaning button, and allow tool to restart.

After restart will make a log which you will attach or paste in your reply.

Step 2

Download JRT by Malwarebytes and save it to your desktop.

Run tool as Administrator, accept disclaimer by pressing Y, and wait while it's scanning system.

Tool will automatically scan and remove all found items, if tool requires restart, allow it to do so.

Attach log here.

I am having trouble with thunderbird,  It is very difficult to set up with domain server.  If you type an error, it is impossible to delete or change and my typing skills leave a lot to be desired.  In fact it does not recognize my host server but keeps going back to my domain server.  Thus I will lose all my emails. I ran adwcleaner and that did not help.  I may just have to reinstall windows 7 or update to windows 10

Can you attach logs here (Adwcleaner and JRT ? )

You may try Opera Mail as well if Thunderbird doesn't work.
