My "Search the web and Windows" box is on the taskbar instead of in the start menu. Did MS change the location from earlier builds?

Also, my "taskbar and start menu properties" box does not have a "start" tab. Why?  Thanks!

Yes, they did change the location.

I'm not sure why there is no start tab, but you can customize it by dragging the tiles around in the start menu.

Thanks but I can not drag them either. They keep going back to the same place!

Well, you need to drag a tile in between two other tiles, actually.

My "Search the web and Windows" box is on the taskbar instead of in the start menu.

That is the default for Win10 ..... but you can change it for an icon or hide it all together.
