My cousin desktop has BSOD error all the time and he brought it to me to fix it. I did a clean install of Windows 7 thinking it was a software/driver issues but low and behold, after the clean install finished, a BSOD happen after the first boot. I was also unable to run the Windows Update at all. The Windows Update will 1) get an error code, 2) not respond/freeze, mind you this is all after a clean install. My suspicion is that the hardware are failing but I'm unable to pin point which hardware is failing.

OS: Windows 7 64 bit

CPU: i5-4570

POWER SUPPLY: Corsair CX 500

MEMORY: Corsair 2x4GB (Can't remember which series)

VGA: ASUS Radeon 7800 Series

I've attached the perfmon and SysnativeFile zip files here.

Thanks for the help, cheers!

Download and install Intel Smart Connect Technology drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's website

Download and install Intel Management Engine Interface drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's website

Then try Windows Update again.  It's crucial to continue to try and get the updates.

If the system BSOD's again, please upload a fresh set of reports,

Then run these free hardware diagnostics while waiting for a reply:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
