I'd say about an hour, maybe 45 minutes?

Sorry if I snap at you. I can't stand stupid for more than 5 minutes at a time.

Even though it might only take an hour, set aside a couple of hours because there might be a lot of Windows 10 updates and such. Of course every system and every situation is different, but if you have at least 2 or 3 hours to set aside for the project, you will be fine.

There was only 4 updates when I upgraded to Windows 10, one of which was my NVIDIA GTX 670 drivers. So I doubt he'll spend a lot of time on that right now.
