Do you want a whole new computer or just upgrade your current one? If you want a new one, try this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VPqZmG or this: https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/NqdnTW/bit-crusher-intel-edition-sub-1000-gaming-beast

As far as upgrading goes, I've got a list for you...

Motherboard: ASRock H97 PERFORMANCE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 Fury 4GB Tri-X Video Card  ($569.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $761.94
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

CPU Cooler; chosen as frankly, those stock Intel coolers should not be used with anything above an i3, just for peace of mind.
Motherboard; good deal on it (its only $10 from the ATX Anniversary), full of functions, and just looks good.
GPU; Flame at me, okay. I chose a Fury. Just as it was the best fit into your budget while not sacrificing quality.
Power Supply; Seasonic built 750W PSU, 80+ Gold, fully modular, and the price is very low.

Sorry if I snap at you. I can't stand stupid for more than 5 minutes at a time.
