Anyone Know Why I Get This On Start-up?

everytime i start up i get this and i have to hit ok like 3 times and it goes away...

First thing to do is to get rid of all of them unticked applications on your start up if they are not in use.
Download Msconfig Cleanup below
Msconfig Cleanup
Then repost a larger copy of the startup list.

Have you tried an uninstall and reinstall, as suggested by Norton?
Your current installation could be corrupt.

if i ordered online how do i re install it...i dont have a cd or nothin

So you downloaded the installer from online and don't have it anymore?
