Windows 10 store apps not downloading

I have windows 10 everytime i try to install a app from the windows store it keeps saying can,t validate licence the error code i get is   0x803f7003.  any help would be great thank you in advanced. :hysterical:

Seems like a lot of users are currently experiencing this issue. You can try the method below.

Press Windows + R keys on the keyboard.
Type wsreset.exe in the open box and press Enter.
Check if it takes you to a store page which displays that the cache has been reset.
Now try to open the store app and check.


Apparently the servers are overloaded at the moment (which is possible).
