My computer did this last week after I unplugged it and moved it, now it's doing it again. The power cable is plugged in, and the PSU switch is on, it doesn't boot. The only thing that happens is if I unplug the AC cable and plug it back in the fans do one revolution. The last time it happened I unplugged everything and opened the case up, then plugged it back in and it worked. This time I did the same thing and nothing happens except for the fans.
