Let's look at these sets of reports:

1)  Please provide this information (even though you're not reporting BSOD's) so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

2)  Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2028504

The second error that you posted mentioned this sort of event.

While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility:  http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

3)  Finally, while waiting for a reply, start with these free hardware diagnostics (this is just in case this is a hardware problem).

I did the synsative one just fine, but I had two problems, I ran the perfmon but it gave me the error "the operator or administrator denied this request" and when I went to go find the report, I could not figure out how to save it as an html. And I am not permitted to upload the other rar, it is named admin.rar if that has anything to do with it?

Spoiler

Don't worry about the perfmon report.  If we need it (later on) we'll troubleshoot it then.

As for the upload, it might be that .rar files are not permitted here.  I don't know for sure, but I do know that .zip files are allowed.

But you can try uploading the .rar to a free file-hosting service (such as OneDrive or DropBox), ensuring that it's shared, and then posting a link to it here.

EDIT:  I forgot the hardware diagnostics link in my first post:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Do these in case the problem is hardware (which are more common in Live Kernel Events).

You run the hardware diagnostics (according to the instructions on that page) in order to test your hardware and see if there are any hardware problems.

Let us know the results of the test(s).

Most of the errors/warnings just before the Event ID 41 error are related to networking.

Please update your wired and wireless (if any) drivers and see if that helps.

Still waiting for the Sysnative upload so I can tell more about the network and it's components.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version A03) dates from 2014.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

This device is disabled.  Is this deliberate?  If so, why?

facap, FastAccess Video Capture    ROOT\IMAGE\0000    This device is disabled.

Please enable it, update it, then (if so desired) disable it again.

4 memory dumps all implicate (but directly blame) your AVG.  Please uninstall it.

Use Windows Defender and the WIndows Firewall for protection while testing.

Should you decide to keep AVG (after testing and after the system is stabilized), please download and install the latest version from their website.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Fast access is simply something that uses my face as a password to log into the computer, it disabled itself after its trial period expired. Also I'm not sure where to find the uefi/bios update for my computer?

If FACAP isn't needed, then please uninstall it.
If it is needed, then please enable it, then update it (you can disable it again after it's updated).

I'm not real concerned over this, but as it's disabled it's not likely to have been updated - so there could be unknown problems with it.

As for the BIOS/UEFI:

- go to the Dell Support site:  http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04

- let it autodetect your product or enter your service tag number

- click on the Downloads link

- scroll down to the BIOS section and expand it to see what versions are available.

- if it's later than version A03, download and install it.
