How do I fix BSOD **STOP: 00000124?

It says **Stop:00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xfffffA80032a5038, 0x00000000b6000000, 0x0000000000010015)

Then it says Athrx.sys

I been getting this BSDO for months but now it happens every 10-30 minutes.

Whenever I try to download from Atheros it goes to an error page. 24y8m1c.png

I would uninstall the Atheros drivers...then reinstall same.
