Is there a way to tell if someone is remotely accessing your laptop?  Whether it be a device internally located in my home or and external device?

I believe that my access is being limited and monitored and need to figure out who is doing this.

There were 245 port forwarding protocols added to my wireless router for various servers, games, video conferencing etc.  Also have multiple networks appearing as active internally.

Thanks,

Marie
