Issue while connecting to certain websites

I was sent here by Broni because I thought the issue I was having was MaleWare but it turns out it wasn't. I can connect to bing but not any google services including YouTube. The antivirus I use is ZoneAlarm extreme security Pro Version.

Did you uninstall Zone Alarm using the uninstall tool at this link or did you just uninstall via Control Panel? Most AVs can only be completely uninstalled using a specialized uninstall tool.
