My kid plugged in her friend's ipod sans software. The comp. crashed and it says I need to uninstall a driver. How do I find the specific driver to uninstall? The computer said it will have an explanation point, but I have not seen anything with an explanation point. I have already tried System Restore and it did not work. I keep getting the dreaded blue screen.

You can try to re-load the software for the Ipod and also the blue screen there is a message on it for error and if you could please post that error message it would be helpful.
