blue screen - no idea how

2 methods of factort reset on ACER - alt f10 does not work - nor does erecover or whatever you call it, as menu options advised do not exist on my laptop.

 

30 crashes in 3 days :::

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

thanks, people! I bought a new laptop testerday, as no time for complications - technology has us by the goolies nowadays.

The old one is being looked after by a guy I share with - he is putting windows back on after....doing something else.

Pranav - you have to understand people who are not tech-savvy can't follow your link message - always search for the simplest language.

I am an associate member of the largest group of psychoanalysts who use hypnosis in the whole world - we always assume a blank canvas in the mind of prospective clients when about to explain how it all works...

 

apart from my irritating caveat, thanks for being speedy and kind with your responses....!!

I'm friends with the developer, and have used this tool for many years (at least since 2009).
