Hi,

Lately ive been getting the blue screen of death. It started off restarting in color colors picture in link below

http://postimg.org/image/v3mjdemy3/

I then restored my desktop to factory setting and ran a series of tests. Further information listed below

-I do not mess around with overclocking or anything.

-I have ran a memtest86 for 10 hours with 8 passes and nothing showed up

-I have tried running furmark and prime95 for 1 hour together and my gpu temperature only reached 84C MAX no errors found.

Further information:

My desktop is the DX4840-15C

In the lower right corner of the reply box is an option for "More Reply Options"

In  that window, at the bottom, will be an option to upload (and then attach) the .zip file.

If you can't do that for some reason, then upload it to a free file-hosting service (such as OneDrive or DropBox), share it, and then post a link to it here.

The SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip file is a single file (it's a compressed archive that contains other files) - upload it.
I need several of the reports inside of it for starters, but depending upon the complexity of the problem I may need the rest of the reports.

There is a problem with your Symantec/Norton program

Please uninstall it in order to fix that.

If the program is already uninstalled, use this free tool to remove the remnants of it:  ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe

This is a direct download link - so you should scan it with an antivirus BEFORE opening it.

Be sure that you have some sort of antivirus and firewall protection installed.  Only use 1 antivirus and 1 firewall at a time.

Norton often causes problems on systems.  It won't hurt anything to uninstall it (and then reinstall the latest available version).

You also have a problem with a PS2 mouse.  If you are using a USB mouse, it's safe to ignore this error.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version P01-A3) dates from 2010.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Only 193 Windows Updates installed.  Most systems have 300 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

NTIDrvr.sys                        Tue Mar 24 23:09:39 2009 (49C9A073)
NTI CD-ROM Filter Driver by NewTech Infosystems (likely a part of Acer Empowering Technology)}OEM none at http://www.ntius.com/en/us/support/oem_resources.asp#
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=NTIDrvr.sys

UBHelper.sys                       Mon Apr 27 04:48:19 2009 (49F57153)
NTI CD &DVD-Maker or NTI Backup NOW! or NTI CD-Maker by NewTech Infosystems (usually in Acer Empowering Technology)}OEM = none at http://www.ntius.com/en/us/support/oem_resources.asp#
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=UBHelper.sys

If none of this stops the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Good luck!
