Hello all.  I am trying to rehab my son's computer in order to have a spare.  This is his old one.  I have brought it bcak to factory settings (that seemed to work but only for a very short while).  I've tried updating drivers.  All have not stopped the problems.  Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.  It is an HP Pavilion dv6-6112.  About 3-5 years old.  Windows 7.

Hi.  I ran the two reports and submitted on a new post per the instructions.  Not sure if I did all that correctly.  Let me know.  I can't figure out how to attach the reports to this reply.  Not that savvy.  Sorry.  I try though....

Here is the new post subject

In the future, please keep all of your posts confined to a single topic.

It keeps all the information in one place and makes it easier to view/analyze.

FWIW - the link to the new topic is here:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/583329/bsod-wifi-trouble-starting-and-frequent-freezes-continued-for-usamsa/

I'll respond over there.
