This is extremely weird. I've used this keyboard plenty of times, I see my external hard drive light up, so I tried that usb port, but still nothing. The computer will boot past the bio and go to the login screen, but neither my keyboard or mouse will work. It stopped working while browsing youtube and I restarted my pc. I tried it on my laptop and both my mouse and keyboard work. I'm not sure what's going on because it's not detecting it even in the bios?

Try resetting the Bios back to Default .

Are you using USB , check Bios again and enable Usb support .

If still no go can you attach a keyboard to the  PS/2 port  at rear { Purple } and reboot and check again ?
