I am automatically obtaining an ip of 169. I have a ZyXEL WAP3205 V2 set up to boost my wifi connection (by using it in Universal mode). Idk why it can't get an ip from my router 192.168.1.1. I don't want to set it up as a static ip (although currently i have) Please someone help.

It depends on what do you have insert in your dns settings. If you put the Router-IP (not the Webname) in your browser you should able to visit the Interface of your router.
