Tell me how fast, where, and which car it was in.

Me:

~90 mph(~140 km/h) in an '06 Toyota Sienna

On a straight highway in the middle of nowhere.

I got my '06 (manual 5 speed) Civic up to about or over 90 on a nice wide open section of I-95 just north of Jupiter, Florida.

146 MPH/234.9642 KPH in a 1974 BMW 3.0 CSI. Somewhere on the German Autobahn.

I know you said car, but also did 151 MPH/243 KPH on a 1981 Yamaha XS 100 Special, Somewhere in the middle of nowhere Utah USA.

One more, but it wasn't flat out. I had to shut down because I was getting too much air under the boat. And it was borrowed.

143.003 MPH/230.137 KPH Not sure of the year, but a 2.5 Litre Modified ("A" class) hydroplane. On a lake somewhere in the US.

Ah yes, Good times! Stupid, but good times.

European autobahns are not all they are rumored to be.  I doubt the unlimited speed limit, if it ever existed, still exists.

Autobahns are mostly narrow 2 lane highways.  American interstate highways are much wider.

The stretch I mentioned north of Jupiter is 5 or 6 lanes.  It's insane because there is virtually no traffic on it.

Hit the limiter on a Hyundai Genesis at 151.  On a back road in the dark, scared me pretty good.  Things started to blur a bit.

135 MPH In a Police car. Lights and siren blaring.

In standard form the Gen-F GTS is powered by a 6.2-litre supercharged V8 producing 430kW and 740Nm. The police car is tuned to develop nearer to 500kW, making it quite easily Australia’s most powerful police car.
