I had a blue screen incident which I got rid of by going to safe mode and running system restore.  Everything  seems to work accept I can't access my Bookmarks.  There is a file in c/users/myusername/Favorites.  It contains all my bookmarks but I can't figure out how to access it.  I use to have a catagory under bookmarks that said "from Internet Explorer" but it is no longer there.  I made a new folder that says MY BOOKMARKS but I have no idea of how to get my bookmarks moved into that folder or if that is the best way to do it.
