i have been trying every solution i could find but nothing has resolved the issue

things i have tried:

Repairing Console with Component technologies repair disc

unistall of all versions of .net and reinstall

ensure App data is not in Redirected folder

INstalled The BPA to check for any errors

validatedinstallers for versing if.net

restored .net Machine config file From earlier back up

Replaced certadm.dll with version from fresh sbs install

Checked the Windows search Service is Running

Ran sfc - no problems found

run several Microsoft Fix it's tried a few other things but cant think what they were of the top of my head.
