Hello and welcome,

Can you describe your problem with more details?

What is 'cam'? Web camera?

From http://blog.teesupport.com/fixed-how-to-remove-s-yimg-com-automatically/

"s.yimg.com is considered as a browser hijacker that is designed to take the place of your default homepage so that it can prompt its sponsored products, gain traffic for them and make profit for the author."\

You are using Yahoo messenger for video chat?

Do you see this script error? http://i.fixya.net/uploads/images/ask/25425662/capture_7a4ca8f.png

What is your default browser?

When we are here, let's do some checking:

Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.
Checkmark the following checkboxes:

§  Flush DNS

§  Report IE Proxy Settings

§  Reset IE Proxy Settings

§  Report FF Proxy Settings

§  Reset FF Proxy Settings

§  List content of Hosts

§  List IP configuration

§  List Winsock Entries

§  List Installed Programs

§  List Devices

§  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

Click Go and post the result (Result.txt). A copy of Result.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.

----------------

Download Security Check from here or here and save it to your Desktop.

§  Double-click SecurityCheck.exe

§  Follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.

§  Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt; please post the contents of that document.
