This problem is bigger then any problem I've run into. My youngest son was using Skype and when he clicked the button share screen the computer completely shut down.  He was using cinema 4 d for mind craft. He was creating graphics for mind craft you tubers. He said it completely shut down the minute he touched the button share. When I turn on the computer it goes to a black screen and say windows is loading files in white letters at the bottom of screen. When it loads it stops on a blue screen with a curser. For a split second I can see a window within the screen pop up and disappear. I have to turn power off to try again. I have hit f 8 and entered safe mode only for the same thing to happen.  While I am hitting f 8 the same black screen saying windows is loading files appears before I get to safe mode. I have tried last know good configuration, nothing but the same result. I have tried the recovery disk. I have tried everything I know to try. My son does a lot of schooling on this computer. Until September I cannot do anything to replace it. I am hoping not to have to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the make and model of this computer?

Do you have the installation disc for the operating system?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
