Right now I have a really cheap mobo that came with my PC, and it only has SATA II, and I was looking for a fast mobo processor wise and SSD wise.  I want something like a AM3+ Sata III 6gb/s motherboard.  I don't want a $250+ motherboard, just something near top of the line that is very fast.  Thanks in advance!

I would shoot for that Gigabyte ud5 board! I have had a ud5 board for over 5 years now.  They are amazing and they are great with warranties if you have problems.
