Has it ever worked on that PC? From that location? From anywhere?  IF the answers to those are yes, what do the IT people from your work have to say?

Before you try to connect with the VPN have you verified you have a good Internet connection by going to Google or some other web site?

If you can connect to the web then you're going to have to go through your work to see what's going on with the VPN.

Error: (07/11/2015 02:51:02 PM) (Source: NETLOGON) (User: )
Description: This computer was not able to set up a secure session with a domain
controller in domain SSUK due to the following:
%%1311

This may lead to authentication problems. Make sure that this
computer is connected to the network. If the problem persists,
please contact your domain administrator.

That is what is causing that error to pop up.  I'd try deleting the VPN connection on that PC and redo it from scratch. If other PCs in your house are able to connect then it's not a connection issue with your ISP, it is just with that PC and the VPN server. Something isn't jiving between them. If you do the set up again and it's still not working, your best bet it to talk to the IT people at work. I'm willing to bet it's a setting.

I am assuming that you've tried it wired? Or the other PCs that can connect are doing it wireless?
