Greetings,

I tried to do a System Restore and it failed.  I received a message that the "restore did not complete successfully"... an unspecified error occurred. (0x8007005).  I tried again with my antivirus disabled and had the same result.  I've done several restores in the past which were successful.  I am running Windows 7 on my computer.

I’d suggest you to uninstall the antivirus program and try to perform a system restore and check if that fixes the issue. Also try to restore Windows OS in Safe Mode.
