Your UEFI/BIOS (version P01-A3) dates from 2010.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.

Only 221 Windows Updates installed.  Most systems have 300 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Device Manager shows problems with your PS2 mouse and keyboard.  If using a USB mouse and keyboard it's safe to ignore this error.

Only 1 memory dump in the uploaded reports.  If using a disk cleaning program (such as CCleaner), please stop while we're troubleshooting.

While the lone memory dump doesn't directly blame your McAfee protection, it's hints that it's to blame (due to it's presence in the raw stack text shortly before the crash occurred).

So, please uninstall McAfee, then run the McAfee Consumer Products Removal Tool (free from here:

Be sure to select another antivirus (and turn on the Windows firewall) for protection while testing.

If that doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Then, while waiting for a reply, start in on these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
