What a way to introduce myself to the forum... I have been infiltrated by a KeyHolder Virus...

I am desperate for help... I have been reading the posts from past forums...

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium...

I am hoping there is a chance to recover my photos more than anything... I have checked and there are no previous versions...

I would rather spend the money tracking down the creator and hanging him up by his Bits (and not bitcoins) than to pay them.

Any help guys?

I'm afraid I have some bad news.

You can take the time to read about this infection here:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/559463/keyholder-support-and-discussion-topic/

You can always save all your corrupted file in a flash drive or CD.
I would not place to much hope that a solution can be found.

I am here because I found information on the virus here...

Can you tell me if most people who pay get their files back?

I do not know.

Ask the question in the topic about this infection.

I now one thing I would not trust them.
