I have used Bitdefender in the past, but I am afraid never again. Every year your forums are inundated with the same bugs, which occur year-after-year, the internet is swamped with people trying to find fixes, why do you not listen to them. It's ashame, Bitdefender could easily be the best.

Please do not feel I am being rude, I just would like to see these put right - in fact a lot of your users would also like them fixed; for example on wilders security forum:

I don't have any issues with bitdefender...I think it is a great AV (The best IMO). Have you tried googling around to solve the issue?

Bitdefender is great for malware/virus detection, but not PUPs. I recommend Emsisoft because Emsisoft cover PUP while Bitdefender cover malware.

No, I should not have to search through the internet to find a common cause for such errors, especially BSOD’s. The customer support is appalling, it needs a complete rethink; after reading their forum(s), malwaretips.com and Spiceworks that was enough to put me off for life. I have never had such issues with any other security software.

Quite a few members here at BC use Bitdefender and I don't recall anyone complaining about lack of support.
