Will my Computer run Arma 3

This is my computer info I was seeing if someone could tell me if i could run Arma 3 with this setup on this computer thanks Mitchell..P.S. if not can i ad more memory or anything to play it thanks..

According to the system requirements for Arma 3, you may not be able to play it unless you do a minor GPU upgrade. Try upgrading to a GTX 600 or 700 series. They use less power than your 8400 GS but perform much better.
