This is my first post so Hi Everyone  . The program I'm working on just disappeared. It is still on the taskbar and task manager says it is running, but when I try to minimize or maximize, it just jumps up beyond the upper left corner of the screen. I tried to adjust the settings for the monitor and move things around, but it's just not there. I'd like to try to recover it before I just close it and start over because I didn't save everything yet (lesson learned). It is an Epson scanner program and the taskbar says "scan to file", if that matters. The main icon is still on the desktop, but I can't get to the actual stuff I'm working on, and I can't open a new one and scan anymore either. Any Ideas?

Do you have the option to maximize the program? If you Maximize it, it should push it to the visible boarders of your monitor's screen.

If it is a scanner program I would try un-installing it and reboot the computer and then re-install it.

Right click its icon on the task bar and select move from the menu. Use the cursor/arrow keys to move it back to the visible desktop
I finally got it all together, now if I could just remember where I put it.
