My laptop is acting quirky, taking forever to open control panel or any other native request.  When I open a browser ( Ihave tried Firefox, Chrome and Explorer) it takes a century for the page to open.  While Im surfing the browser window disappears and shows my desktop, after a few seconds the browser window reappears.  Surfing is slow.

I have restored my laptop to factory specs, ran Norton scans, Malware Bytes and ccleaner with no change.  I also ran RKILL and TDSKILL with no luck.  I feel that something is deeply attached to my laptop and I am all out of ideas.

I have downloaded the latest browsers.

Anybody have any other suggestions that doesnt involve a rifle and scope?

Thanks
