Hi evereyone,

I have created a csv file format using MATLAB including 647 values. Then a I have added the relation name, the attributes name and data type (the same number as 647 values), and 22 labels. All of these are required to create ARFF file format and I converted the file to ARFF file format. The problem is when I try to open this file with Weka software the following message box is appeared: 'not recognized as an ARFF data file. the nominal value not declared in header, read Token[-3.3026], line 698' . Can someone help me to dignose the error, please?
